Shipping and Returns

 

 

 

For returns, simply email us at sales@lifeishoodie.com or via chat located at the bottom right of the screen to start the start the process for a return request.  We will then email you back with a return authorization number that you will need to write on the outside of the box and a free pre-paid return label. These instructions will also be included in the email.

Please ensure that the return item has not been altered in any way including but limited to printing, embroidering, washing, or decorating.  Altered items will not be accepted.  Ensure that your return is postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.  Returns postmarked after 30 will not be accepted.

Refund will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.  As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.  Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.  Most refunds are issued within 15 business days.

We do not offer exchanges.  You may return your unwanted items and place a new order.  Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt.  If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.

We ship to anywhere within the United States and through various carriers to help keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customer. To ensure a speedy delivery, our garments are shipped from our main warehouse network or from one of our reserve warehouses.

Restrictions

  • Only one return authorization will be authorized per order.

  • Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number written on the box/bag. 

  • Items that have been altered or washed cannot be accepted.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be processed after we receive it at the warehouse. Email us at sales@lifeishoodie.com if you'd like to check the status.

  • If you choose not to use our return label, you will be responsible for shipping fees.

  • Shipping fees from original order will not be refunded. Refunds are for merchandise only, less your discount if you used one.

  • Drop ship, Hawaii, Alaska and all non-contiguous orders are responsible for return shipping charges and will not receive a free prepaid return label.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping if a new order is needed. (We do not do exchanges)

  • We do not accept returns on drop ship items. Products including a blue border indicate select sizes and colors are drop ship items. Some items will drop-ship if no other warehouses can fulfill the order. Those drop-ship items are non-returnable.

  • No returns will be accepted after 60 days.

  • Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.

  • ShirtSpace is not responsible for items that were not purchased from ShirtSpace.com that are returned to us in error.

  • Life is Hoodie is not financially liable for items purchased from us that are not returned to the correct return address specified in the return instructions.

 Our products are new and of first quality but if you should have a problem or defect please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to make a claim. We will then send you a replacement or give you a credit for the defective item. We cannot send a replacement or give credit if you contact us after 3 business days of receiving your order.
